The female has been near the nest all day according to the cam shots and is still there. Maybe I'd better get the nesting information updated in the next few days! :10sum:

I HATE to be wrong. And this is the SECOND TIME - THIS YEAR!
I saw a video first egg for Red Girl - I just double checked - it was 2 years ago.

In the spring of 2022 the established male peregrine falcon (Trinity) lost his territory and mate to a new, younger falcon. Because so much incubation time was lost during the change the five eggs which were fathered by Trinity did not hatch. At the end of January, 2023, a new female arrived and it appears she is going ot take over from Red GIrl, the established female.

There IS a pair, I got a pic of both at once.
