6 am Only 3 left. Elvis musta fledged, I didnt see him late yesterday. The cam freezes so often - and doesnt pick up what it missed - so I dunno when he fledged.

6.30 am Chick #2 easily flies up to the roof

La Crosse, it went down over the weekend, miss watching. The parents have been talking and circling a lot around the bank. Yesterday they warned off two big black birds.

ELVIS COMES HOME!
June 6 Alma
Around noon Elvis came home.
He and his brother together on the roof, the other 2 young inside.
So he flew up. Good job!

All 3 were flapping around the perchs outside the box.
1 went up to the roof
#2 went up.
finallly #3 followed them up to the roof.
ALL 4 have now roofed - 1 has fully fledged away from the box.

ALMA All Gone
June 12, 2023
The last one vanished this morning very early.
There were 2 overnite. One returns to keep his sibling company overnite.

About 5.30 am the first vanished - a few minutes later the last one vanished.
He had gone outside and was holding his wings out - looking down.
The cam freezes EVERY TIME they vanish!

La Crosse cam is back up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Lx2mM1IwhQ

I was traveling for 2 days and when checking the cam saw only 2 in the nest. The 3rd was on top of the nest last night. Coming in and out of the nest a few times. This morning one is on top of the building roof ledge and the cam showed another venture out.
