she has been bringing prey in for about a week now. We have not seen her on cam before , so we do not know if this is something she does.
It is very warm here. she was distracted but eventually wen t to the eggs. maybe she is confused as she has five eggs , not 4 and thinks thy should be hatching already.
If this site is like Genesee, lots of hawks and ravens around so maybe getting them out of air space. I have seen then go to front and track

Genesee female was off for a few days. seemed strange , but I am thinking the heat. . are very good

I think we will looking end of week for a first hatch( 4th egg is 33 days old but with a loss of resident male , things will be delayed
I think this is a good male.

19:26- male in with prey for first feed.
Female e took prey out and then came back with it to feed(19:27
do not know how much youngster got but female knew what to do

I missed the actual hatch so have edited. I was watching movement in egg behind chick as chick was being fed, but then I saw egg just to right of it start cracking. It kept cracking and when chick knocked it during feed it split open and there it was . Female left with leftovers and male came in I hope it is o.k.

you have to watch thi s as it is just Wow!!. talk about hatching and feeding etc,. This had it all Stressed me out
