A hatch in progress. Will be hard to see as Blaze and Abby have made such a deep bowl. We may not see them till fledge :teehee:

Will let you know actual time given. ( hoping to see she’ll pulled out)

Welcome Swampy.
Called hatch officially this morning , Jan 31/2024.
We could see a wee bit last night, bit EC waited till they could see whole eagles.
Such a great cam and site to watch :loveheart:

Swampy because nest tree is in swampy area on farmers land

1st egg for Audacity and Jak at Sauces on 2/2/24.

This will be my last post on the birds other than the Berry nest. I stopped posting on my favorite eagle nests last season other than Berry and now am going to stop posting on all nests. I leave it to those who do screen captures and/or videos to report as that seems to be the preference. Of course, I will continue to follow all the cams that I normally watch (birds, brown bears, cats) just will no longer report on them other than Berry.

We certainly do appreciate ALL your posts..and personally, I appreciate ANY kind of post at this point!! I just like to read any update whether it contains pics or vids...my time is very limited right now!!!

So Thanks to ALL of you who take the time to update!! That's how I'm able to keep up at the moment!

Hello everyone, I just sent an email to fellow who works for South Bend, IN “Parks and venues “, saying I am a fan of the South Bends falcon pair (etc) and could he contact someone about getting the cam back online. To my surprise, Mr. Jordan Gathers sent a reply in 5 minutes that he would be happy to look into it. I’m thinking the City would listen better the more people that expressed interest in getting the cam back, if you could just send a quick email to [email protected] I’m hoping we can get that cam turned on :loveheart:

Lusa, young eaglet at Captivia passes away, after 3am this morning, feb16. She had a nick in talon, and had been sick a few days.
They felt she was turning corner, but not to be
