SGB, I saw that when she was out of the box, and I even took a capture and blew it up, but I still couldn't tell whether there were 3 eggs or 4 eggs. I'm not that good at captures with eggs as you are! Maybe it was a different screen. :eggclap:

12 days ago: 3 eggs
10 Days ago: 2 eggs
7 Days ago: 1 egg
forgot to note the day...but, NO EGGS remain.

What the heck? Adult is incubating, so they weren't abandoned.

I went to Miscellaneous to try to figure out what was going on (which I'm sure you did SGB), and they removed that link. I am trying to remember the last time I used the link.

Thanks for the posting that article, SGB. I googled the situation on my phone and found this. I sent it in email to myself thinking that I would post it on my computer. That's a shame! :tissue:

I don't know that I agree with them about being time for a re-clutch now.

They can reclutch. Look how many eagles had second clutches this year. Unprecedented.

male came in fo r peek first, and he left

then out comes a bit of shell and saw pinky foot and body atright

then all of pinky

then a bit of first chick on left and pinky on right. missed more
