Mom just took off, so the cuties are home alone. I’m wondering if she is looking up dad to take his turn with the babies. Ah- mom is back. She must have raided a stash of prey and brought it back to the nest. She is giving the babies a snack.

Just doing quick check.
This is happening at a few sites Shep, or some of egg 3 or 4 hatching 3 or more days after first ones, and not surviving. I think the cold weather we had at egg laying could be part of problem. They may have started full incubation sooner because of weather,

So MANY cams down - more than other years.

Is it too early to say yet? Seems like David and Goliath going on at the Mill Creek nest. Is Goliath a female? She sure likes to eat! ( Maybe David just has better manners) LOL

watched for a bi t today., so nice ot see them

they had this feed

then short time later more brought in
hope you can see crops

this was second feed shortly after
see smaller one on haunches with huge crop
