Bird Cams Around the World

I had the cam up an hour ago, and one of the chicks was visible. My guess is that they're exploring the ledge.

I then not to worry too much but this email came from their site, as they know I watch. last year , sometimes you could not see them as they were so close to wall of ledge

will keep cam up as much as I can

Hopefully will see 2 before dark

Wonder is one sleeping outside close to wall. If there was a problem, they would not do anything

only seeing one in box but adult is on ledge tonight so maybe one there , out o f view

I will bring post over but I guess a real rain and windstorm today, and after only seeing one fed, they feel one was blown from roof. They went over to look and found nothing but think it may be on heating plant

I was hoping it was with adult on ledge.

I brought this over from peregrine place ( they emailed me ot see if I had cam up but today I did not ,wish, I could have helped them)

At 3 weeks the 2 UB eyases just started to go out on the ledge but tragedy struck today during a terrible wind & rain storm resulting in the loss of one chick. Afterwards, Denise saw only one on cam & when Hickory brought food, only one ate. Denise & I met at UB & checked the immediate area but found nothing on the ground. I swear, as we looked, Dixie & Hickory both on the tower, sounded like they both were softy crying. The body may be on the heating plant roof & I notified 2 of the workers there. UB has had its share of mishaps the past few years.-Carol L.

I had the cam up earlier, just watching and monitoring..so glad I closed it.

I have always hated this ledge.



(one of the other ledges I really hate is Montreal...and of course..all bridge nests.)

I am doing an edited video of its wanderings up till time of fall. very restless this morning.

I only did video as I knew peregrine place would want it. I am still cryin g becasue I could not believe my eyes. was gong to watch Bell and I am so sad

when you are all ready I will post a small video of it this morning but without fall and some nice pictures of chick.( this was so hard for me to do but I think we want to remember a nice chick)
I had a hatch at Bell thi s morning but I am still crying and have no joy.

They are so hot in that darn box. They need to fix up the heat that we know is going into box.
