Still 2 . Need youngest to wait a few days . They have both eaten. Self fed.

Youngest fledged today but back already.

It is fun to watch. We had 3 back again this evening. Appears to be a Female and 2 males. ( just my guess) but it could be different ones coming in. They come in most.y from the roof.
I know the youngest, from his mannerisms. ( he likes to play with the prey.)

There are 2 spending the night on platform outside.

We are expecting rain on Thursday and Friday . This heat wave has been wicked and smoke from fires awful.

Good you know which one is the baby, Bev. I wondered if she came back after fledging!

one of ones that spent night at box was baby. when he fledged he jumped from mid ledge out left side and flew around in front and you could see him flying going higher and higher as he flew. maybe went to roof of box, who knows. but he was more than ready.
some said he fludged but that was exactly how his mother fledged .

Late July 25, first young male came in and then a great flight in from young female( will really try to post photos) it rained all night

That was our adult female. We are having very strong winds( does not help our beloved mountain retreat, Jasper.

K47 comes to box for first time since kids fledged ( all must be goin g well)

she stayed for about 40 minutes and left and then adult male came in

will post pictures and video when I get home but 3 came in yesterday afternoon and stayed for quite awhile. and 2 spent night. I watched them flying below. they are having fun. I counted at least 4 flying below. of course one could be adult.
