Cilla note 14th November
Garrama (the male) fledged at 39 days old.
We found him and caught him to examine his tail as some of his tail feathers had not emerged. I've removed the sheaths (with tiny scissors) but am still not happy with his condition, so I will be taking him to Taronga Western Plains zoo (Dubbo) for assessment.

Garrama was examined and was found to have a deformed spine. He couldn't have flown like a normal peregrine. The decision was made to euthanize him. :tissue:
